Since 1989, Spears has been honing his craft, performing various gigs, acting roles, and even scoring his massive Mad TV run. on the Fox sketch comedy series, he was a regular from 1997 to 2005 with 198 episodes, making him the second-longest running cast member.
After his MADtv days, the man performed various of appearances in TV and film, including "The Undergound", voicing Wizard Kelly in "The Proud Family", made an appearcne alongside Cedric the Entertainer in 2009's All Star Comedy Jam, and released his special "Aries Spears: Hollywood, Look I'm Smiling" in 2011. From then on, the man's been an unstoppable force in comedy.

"I always like to size up [the crowd] before I go on stage," he told MySA in an interview. "There might be some preemptive strikes. But at the same time, you also take what the defense gives you. So, there are moments that just happen spontaneously."
