“Diana”, “Lonely Boy”, “Put Your Head On My Shoulder”… These are just some of the hits from the illustrious career of veteran singer, songwriter, and actor Paul Anka. Responsible for writing Frank Sinatra’s signature hit “My Way”, Anka also wrote the theme for The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson and one of Tom Jones’s biggest hits, “She’s a Lady”. A prolific writer and expert performer, Anka proved to stand the test of time with the release of his 2004 album Rock Swings, which featured covers of famous songs from contemporary artists including artists Nirvana, Michael Jackson (for whom had had written the 2009 posthumous hit “This Is It”) and Spandau Ballet.
